Free stargazing event down at Coogee beach where members of the community are invited to come along for viewing of celestial bodies using a high-powered telescope.
There will be a sausage sizzle, viewing and ice-cream.
Pending weather, participants can expect to see the planets, stars and more.
Event is hosted by the University of NSW Space and Astronomy Society.
